I am against animal cruelty and I strongly believe that the offender should be punished according to the law ,the law is here for a reason. So we should act on it so that future incidents will it occur .
The dog who suffered the abuse should not be placed back in its owners care but rather find a suitable home for him or her

I’m signing because this world has no place for abusers. The video in circulation is more than enough proof that this person should not be allowed to own any animals. No animals and no being should ever be subjected to this kind of abuse.
